Earn up to $51.00 flat rate based on experience, reflecting your skills and commitment to quality work. Plus, Montana’s state labor laws work in your favor. You get paid ProDemand or Alldata time for most warranty and recall work, including select Stellantis Service Contracts. That means more money in your pocket for the work you already do.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.
• Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to ensure quick and accurate problem identification.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about maintenance and repair needs and procedures.
• Stay up to date with automotive technology and techniques through continuous learning and training.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an automotive technician
• Have a passion for learning and advancing
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Hold ASE certifications (a plus, not required)
