SAIF is seeking software development‚ÄĮengineers‚ÄĮto‚ÄĮbuild‚ÄĮand improve our‚ÄĮhow's.‚ÄĮSpecifically, we are looking for a senior integrations developer to configure applications and integrate with our other web apps through APIs. You must be familiar with various integration tools, such as Azure DevOps Services, GIT, REST, SOAP, Postman, Apache JMeter and familiarity with Oracle as a database repository.
The‚ÄĮstrongest‚ÄĮcandidates will‚ÄĮprioritize well-written code, a strong user experience, and collaboration on a cross-functional,‚ÄĮAgile‚ÄĮteam. You‚Äôll need five years of experience and knowledge in‚ÄĮprogramming languages such as‚ÄĮC#, JAVA, and .net.
This position requires that the selected candidate reside and work within the state of Oregon.
Responsibilities
Design, write, document, and test complex programs in adherence with SAIF’s software development methodology and standards.
Plan, manage, and complete assignments timely.  Provide status updates to team and supervisor.
Troubleshoot, maintain, revise, and test existing computer software, repairing defects to ensure programs continue to meet customer and partner needs.
Team with business analysts to gather business and system process requirements. Analyze data to provide a framework of understanding for design requirements. Develop program design documents in accordance with published standards.
Determine resource requirements, support the selection of project participants, identify barriers, establish objectives, prepare action plans, and target areas for implementation. Conduct follow up reviews to evaluate success.   
Research development tools and software for product evaluation and buy versus build recommendations.
Determine, comprehend and deliver the analysis of impacts, dependencies and the end to end process across products and systems.
Collaborate with quality assurance team members to fully incorporate the best practices, fostering the continuous delivery of high-quality software.
Promote top-tier software engineering standards, leading team members by providing technical guidance, coaching and mentoring.
Lead projects utilizing project management best practices.
Explore diverse perspectives and consistently behave sensitively toward differences in cultural norms, expectations, and ways of communicating. Work effectively with others who have different perspectives, backgrounds, and/or work styles.
The following qualifications are recommended:
Five or more years of software development and design experience demonstrating knowledge of web-based design principles and relational database management systems.
A bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.

Compensation & Benefits
Typical hiring range:‚ÄŹ‚ÄŹ‚Äé ‚Äé$116,008‚ÄŹ‚ÄŹ‚Äé ‚Äé-‚ÄŹ‚ÄŹ‚Äé ‚Äé$136,480.‚ÄŹ‚ÄŹ‚Äé ‚ÄéThe pay range for this position is annually based on a full-time schedule. Actual compensation will be determined¬†using factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications & education.¬†SAIF provides a wide range of benefits to employees who work at least 20 hours per week, including health care, retirement savings plans, paid time off, and more.
