Electrical / Quick Service Technician

DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks is looking for a motivated and hands-on Electrical / Quick Service Technician to join our growing service team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their automotive career within one of the largest automotive groups in the nation while gaining valuable experience with Ford vehicles, electrical diagnostics, and emerging EV technology.

Whether you already have electrical experience or are looking to expand your diagnostic skillset, we want to hear from you.

Department Hours

• Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed

Work Schedule

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - 5 days per week with 2 days off

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with automotive electrical work preferred
• EV (Electric Vehicle) experience is a huge plus
• Ability to perform quick service maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, batteries, and basic repairs
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

The California Flat Rate pay range for this position is $16.90 - $62.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonus opportunities such as Production/Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. And a variety of other benefits.
