The Division of Nephrology and Hypertension at the University of Louisville seeks a Nephrologist as an Assistant Professor Term with expertise in general nephrology. Area of focus can be, but not limited to, home or incenter renal replacement therapies, acute kidney injury, stone disease, onco-nephrology or glomerular disease. This individual will be involved in the clinical activities of the Division as well as academic activities and teaching.
The Division of Nephrology is actively growing and expanding! The Division currently includes 15 clinical faculty and two fellows that staff programs including Renal Transplantation, Glomerulonephritis, Hypertension, Chronic Kidney Disease, Interventional Nephrology, and Clinical Trials. The Division is a partner in five dialysis units in the city and attends other dialysis facilities as well. The clinical enterprise spans the University Hospital, VA Hospital, and Jewish Hospital in downtown Louisville.
