Role and Responsibilities

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of innovative solutions in the Hospitality segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product, project and supply chain management, with an understanding of the unique requirements of the hospitality industry.  Candidate will be capable of driving product strategy from concept to market launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for the Hospitality segment, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business development, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Monitor sales performance and collaborate with sales and SCM team to properly manage channel inventory/requirements, address gaps, and develop creative solutions to achieve monthly target plans.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, engaging with product marketing teams to optimize product messaging and market communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • An innate ability to commit to short-term results while forecasting future revenue, and able to be held accountable for both short-term success and longer-term strategy.

  • Strategic thinker, imagination, creativity and foresight to conceptualize innovative approaches to exiting products, new products, and new marketing opportunities as well as the implementation skills to bring them to fruition
  • Results-oriented; capable of significantly increasing business unit performance, as well as formulating and implementing strategic business decisions.
  • The ability to listen to the customer and articulate the customer’s needs internally.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related study preferred (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of sales and leadership experience; extensive B2B experience
  • Proven track record of prioritizing multiple competing tasks with competing deadlines by assessing task importance, delegating when possible, and using appropriate management tools
  • A strong understanding of supply chain management concepts and tools
  • Bilingual in Korean preferred

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $126,000 and $155,500. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
