SUMMARY
The Freight Broker is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of freight transactions, including customer acquisition, carrier coordination, shipment tracking, and delivery assurance. This role demands a blend of sales expertise, operational efficiency, and relationship management to ensure seamless execution of logistics services. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong negotiation and communication skills, and takes full ownership of each load from initiation to completion.

Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience in transportation brokerage; desired 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management is preferred, but not required.
Travel:
Potential to travel within a regional or nationwide capacity – may be occasional to frequent and could include overnights.
