Job Summary:
The Facilities Technician will assist Facilities Director with repairs and light maintenance. Starting pay is $12/hr depending on experience.
Essential Functions:
- Replace lights and fix plumbing issues
- Assist with lawn care and clean-up of grounds
- Diagnose and trouble shoot repair projects
- Maintain AC systems and make adjustments and repairs as needed
- Install new equipment and furniture as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of company software and systems
- Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task
- Good communication skills
Required Education and Experience:
- Required: High School diploma or GED
- Preferred: Some previous experience
Working Conditions:
- Indoors
- Office Environment
- Sitting for long periods of time
- Lifting equipment less than fifty pounds
