Job Summary:

The Facilities Technician will assist Facilities Director with repairs and light maintenance. Starting pay is $12/hr depending on experience.

Essential Functions:

  • Replace lights and fix plumbing issues
  • Assist with lawn care and clean-up of grounds
  • Diagnose and trouble shoot repair projects
  • Maintain AC systems and make adjustments and repairs as needed
  • Install new equipment and furniture as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of company software and systems
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good communication skills

Required Education and Experience:

  • Required: High School diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Some previous experience

Working Conditions:

  • Indoors
  • Office Environment
  • Sitting for long periods of time
  • Lifting equipment less than fifty pounds
