This is a full-time onsite position in our San Jose location.

The pay range for a qualified candidate will range between $30.76 - $38.69/hr.

This position is also eligible for a yearly bonus based on yearly financial goals

Oversee the safe and effective delivery of all production activities related to furniture, delivery, installation, warehouse, and reconfiguration services

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise and provide on-site job inspections of delivery installations and reconfigurations.  The Senior Project Coordinator oversees the crew and installation process specified in the scope of work.

The Senior Project Coordinator acts as the point of contact with the client, directs the order and assignment of work duties, and coordinates with the company sales, admin, and operations staff.

Ensure project deadlines are met and within budget. 

Execute client specific workflow processes. 

Schedule installers based upon project requirements

Perform Quality Control and punch list; set and monitor work performance standard

Perform pre-install and post-install walk-thru for installation projects

Facilitate and/or attend project related meetings

Manage, document, and communicate job changes to appropriate parties

Participate in monthly account financial review to identify trends and opportunities for financial improvement

Work with Safety Coordinator to ensure we compliant with our environmental health and safety policies and procedures. 

Job Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to read detailed furniture installation plans, drawings, and bill of materials

Highly customer service oriented (internal and external)

Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday

Ability to multi-task and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritize work

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and follow through

Ability to work under deadlines and specific time frames

Available to work nights and weekends

Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers

Ability to demonstrate initiative and to work with minimum supervision

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred; or five to seven years related experience and/or training in office moving and installation and furniture planning; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.   Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Math Ability:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as product quantity, time records, and actual hour worked versus estimated.   

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Office, Windows 365, Apps and other necessary company software applications. 

Certificates and Licenses:

Valid Driver’s License required

This job has supervisory responsibilities of 5-10 employees.
