Our Treasury & Capital Markets summer intern will join a team of corporate finance and treasury professionals at a results-focused public real estate investment trust (“REIT”).

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with projects that gain valuable insights into core finance, accounting, and business fundamentals
• Learn financial analysis, financial statements analysis, capital markets, internal treasury functions
• Complete projects using Excel, Power Point, and other reporting software
• Learn effective business communication and presentation skills

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a undergraduate college project, preferably in finance or real estate
• Desire to learn more about the financial aspects of a REIT
• Be able to be onsite at our headquarters in Indianapolis for up to 40 hours a week for 10 weeks
