The Project Atlas Team is seeking a subject matter expert with experience in all facets of supply chain management in an Aerospace and Defense project environment. This includes planning (MRP), procurement, and production control processes. In this role, the successful candidate will work on the Atlas Implementation Team with the IT business analysts and developers to ensure seamless site transitions to the Oracle EBS platform. This individual will also provide ongoing guidance to the business after the transition has occurred at each site.
The position is remote based with potential for travel within the US up to 25%.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Champion the interests of the assembly organizations within the Integrated Electronics business
Make/Approve process decisions
Identify areas needed for change management
Develop a strong rapport with the stakeholders at each site
Attend all onsite blueprinting, conference room pilots, user acceptance test and go live meetings
Identify operational difficulties that users have in daily operations
Liaising between users and IT implementation team
Understand AS IS processes at local sites
Help identify gaps in TO BE processes
Approve changes in TO BE processes
Develop and execute training plans for onsite training in Oracle EBS
Raise issues to steering committee as needed for high level decisions
Advocates for the business
Global expert in functional area
Assist in bringing Super Users up to speed on various processes
Work with site management to ensure availability of Super Users
Assist Super Users with training the End Users
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Possess extensive expertise, practical experience and deep business knowledge of best practices in supply chain management within the defense industry
Able to articulate concerns raised by the local team in response to changes in processes or technological environment
Possesses good interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate up and down
Familiarity with Oracle EBS and related systems/processes
Well versed in problem solving
Attention to detail
Experience in coaching/mentoring
Required Education and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience: 7+ Years of practical experience and deep business knowledge of best practices in supply chain management within the defense industry. Experience with Oracle EBS or related systems and processes strongly preferred.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
