The Nurse Manager is responsible for clinical oversight of Hillcrest Senior Living, the Geriatric Clinic and Home Visit programs, and Palliative Care. Ensures delivery of high quality, cost effective resident/patient care and efficient management of staff in accordance with goals, objectives, and organizational policies. Ensures effective clinical care with focus on residents/patients, providers, and employees of assigned departments. Refers to and develops policy, procedure, guidelines, and department specific competencies. Ensures the departments are aligned with the overall mission, vision, values, and culture of Bozeman Health and Hillcrest.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in nursing within two years of hire.
Current Montana Licensure (RN)
American Heart Association BLS
Two (2) years of relevant leadership experience
Assisted Living Administrator License in accordance to Montana Administrative Rules 37.106.2814 within 6 months
Preferred
experience with and knowledge of long term care regulations
Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field

Schedule Requirements
This role requires regular and sustained attendance.
The position may necessitate working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts.
On-call work may be required to respond promptly to organizational, patient, or employee needs.
