The Role

We’re seeking a strategic, operationally minded Chief of Staff to partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive transformation, alignment, and growth across the organization.This is a high-trust, high-impact role that sits at the center of decision-making and transformation, helping drive alignment, execution, and results across Product, GTM, Technology, Finance and Operations.

You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership — serving as a trusted advisor, integrator, and force multiplier for the GTM function. As Chief of Staff, you’ll translate vision into action, enabling scale, and ensuring the right priorities get the right attention.  You’ll also act as a connective tissue across teams — surfacing insights, resolving friction, and accelerating decision-making.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

Strategic Support and Advisory

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leaders, helping shape priorities, drive alignment, and translate vision into actionable plans.
• Own the preparation of board decks, executive briefings, and strategic narratives — ensuring clarity, polish, and alignment with company goals.
• Research, prepare, and synthesize information for decision-making
• Partner with the CEO to ensure seamless integration across strategic, operational, and cultural priorities, connecting the dots between vision, people, and execution.

Operational Execution

• Lead the planning and execution of key strategic initiatives, ensuring progress against company goals and accountability across workstreams.
• Translate strategy into action by defining clear success metrics, tracking progress, and surfacing insights that accelerate growth and operational scale.
• Drive organizational change initiatives by ensuring alignment, communication, and adoption across teams.
• Oversee key projects and initiatives on behalf of Bluehost, ensuring timely execution and follow-through
• Actively enable the efficiency of business operations from behind the scenes
• Synthesize data, surface insights, and prepare materials that enable faster, smarter decision-making at the executive level.
• Identify and address bottlenecks, risks, and gaps in execution

Leadership Team Coordination

• Coordinate across departments to ensure strategic initiatives are well-executed, dependencies are managed, and teams stay aligned.
• Own or co-lead high-priority, cross-functional projects — from concept to execution — ensuring momentum and measurable impact.
• Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for leadership meetings, offsites, and other strategic sessions

Communications & Stakeholder Engagement

• Craft clear, compelling communications that reinforce strategy, celebrate wins, and keep teams informed and engaged.
• Help the CEO and senior leaders stay focused on what matters most by triaging requests, managing priorities, and streamlining workflows.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

• 12+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in business leadership, management consulting, investment banking, strategic planning, or as chief of staff.
• Executive presence, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong experience in PowerPoint or executive deck development, with the ability to translate data and strategy into clear, compelling stories for senior and board audiences.
• Experience supporting or working directly with C-level executives and board of directors.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive clarity and action in fast-moving environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in SMB-focused, high-growth SaaS or digital platform businesses.

Preferred

• MBA or relevant advanced degree.
• Prior experience in hosting businesses.
• Familiarity with OKRs, agile business planning, or operating models.
• Comfort working with data tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Notion, Airtable)
• Experience with private equity backed organizations
