Summary:

The New York Mets are seeking a strategic and creative marketing professional to join the Corporate Partnerships team as Manager, Partner Solutions. This individual contributor role is responsible for developing customized, insight-driven partnership strategies and writing compelling, brand-aligned proposals that support new business development and incremental revenue opportunities across existing partnerships. The Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development and Partner Engagement teams to shape go-to-market strategies, support category growth initiatives, and build materials that reflect the Mets’ brand and partner objectives. This role requires strong storytelling skills, a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic, customized marketing concepts and partnership platforms that align with brand objectives and Mets assets.

  • Write and design persuasive proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral to support Corporate Partnerships' go-to-market strategy.

  • Collaborate with Business Development to support new business pitches and category growth opportunities with data-informed insights and creative solutions.

  • Support Partner Engagement team on renewal and upsell opportunities by crafting materials aligned with evolving partner goals.

  • Leverage research, analytics, third-party insights, and league/industry data to inform strategic recommendations.

  • Assist in maintaining proposal templates, case studies, and asset libraries to ensure a consistent and efficient sales narrative.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Analytics, Ticketing, Legal) to ensure alignment on deal points and execution strategies.

  • Contribute to ideation and creation of packages and proposals that leverage all of the Mets owned assets, properties, and revenue-driving initiatives.

  • All other duties as assigned by the team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 5–7 years of experience in partnership marketing, brand strategy, or related field; sports or entertainment industry preferred.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on persuasive storytelling.

  • Ability to translate complex marketing strategies into clear, compelling narratives.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.

  • Demonstrated comfort and proficiency with OpenAI platforms and tools (e.g., ChatGPT, API usage, prompt engineering); ability to leverage AI models to enhance strategic partner solutions.

  • Willingness to work extended hours as necessary, including nights and weekends based on game and event schedules.

Physical Demands: 

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for long periods of time.  The employee is frequently required to sit and must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
