JOB SUMMARY
The Contracts Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Contracts Team at the Center for Research Innovation, Northeastern’s technology transfer office. This position manages contract records, monitors compliance, and contributes to workflow and process improvements across the technology transfer office. In addition to handling the operational aspects of the contract lifecycle, including recordkeeping, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders, the Contracts Administrator is also responsible for preparing initial drafts of various agreements under the supervision of the Associate Director, IP & Contracts Counsel. This dual focus on administrative precision and early-stage drafting provides essential support to the team’s mission of ensuring effective, compliant, and timely management of research-related agreements.

$52,820.00 - $74,607.50With the pay range(s) shown above, the starting salary will depend on several factors, which may include your education, experience, location, knowledge and expertise, and skills as well as a pay comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the role.
