This is a Part-Time (20 Hr/wk), In-Office position in College Station, TX
Job Qualifications
Education: Applicable Degree, Certifications, or equivalent experience required
Experience: Office experience preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Professional communication skills
Professional with proven ability to properly handle confidential information
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organization ability
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Sound judgement
Transportation: Reliable transportation and valid and current auto insurance.
Environmental and Working Conditions:
Works in a variety of settings and office environments, promoting functioning and coordination with all agency activities to insure the highest level of professional care. Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Physical and Mental Effort:
Must be able to work under stressful conditions and time constraints of the agency or projects. Work requires sitting for long periods of time, bending, and stretching for files and office supplies. May occasionally require lifting files or paper weighing up to 30 pounds.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for coordinating, executing, and managing the HR side of the volunteer onboarding process
Research discrepancies revealed through background checks and drug screens and coordinate resolution with involved parties
Prepare HR reports, track progress, and meet deadlines for HR related projects
Prepare word, PowerPoint, and excel documents
Research and collect data for various HR initiatives
Responsible for onboarding contract therapists and adding to EMR system
Review and update contractor credentials and EMR profiles
Assist in research and development of HR Support Job Aides
Audit employee licensing requirements and related forms for compliance
Assist as needed with the employee onboarding process to include reference checking, license verifications, background checks, and drug screens
Assists with entering employee information into HRIS system and any other internal systems that might be affected
Complete various filing and data entry tasks
Conduct general clerical duties, supporting the Human Resources department activities as needed
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
