As a Senior Parts Advisor / Assistant Parts Manager, you will:

• Assist retail customers and service technicians with accurate parts selection and pricing
• Manage daily operations of the parts counter, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
• Oversee inventory control and profitability on dealership capital invested in parts
• Communicate parts availability, shipping estimates, and order status to customers and internal teams
• Provide expert support on OEM parts and accessories
• Accurately document all parts transactions in the Dealer Management System (DMS)
• Monitor and achieve daily and monthly performance goals
• Support the Parts Manager with operational leadership and team coordination

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive parts operations
• Prior experience as a Parts Counterperson, Parts Advisor, or Assistant Parts Manager preferred
• Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds and/or ADP/CDK systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Dealer Management Systems (DMS), and Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
