Summary:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the day to day general maintenance, painting, and carpentry of facilities located in the dealerships.

Essential Duties:
- Painting of dealership properties
- Carpentry work/construction projects
- Snow removal in winter
- Special projects as needed
- Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License
- Some mechanical / facilities background i.e.. light carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical
- Ability to operate all maintenance machines and vehicles
