To support the Technology Transfer Office within the Innovation, Partnering and Outreach (IPO) Directorate, NLR is seeking a Technology Partnership Agreement Analyst to provide analytical and agreement support to agreements specialists by coordinating documentation, tracking workflows, and applying policies and procedures to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of agreements.
As a member of the Technology Transfer Office, you will interface with NLR’s leading researchers and learn about a broad spectrum of energy research that NLR conducts with our partners.
To successfully accomplish their job duties, the Technology Partnership Agreement Analyst will:

* Must meet educational requirements prior to employment start date.
Experience with federal contracting, and application of federal acquisition requirements
Knowledge of contracting and financial systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, NQuIRE, EPP.
General knowledge of laws, regulations, principles, procedures and practices related to federal contracting.
