What you have:
• Maine state licensure as an Audiologist required
• Stellar interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
• 2 years proven experience as an audiologist preferred but not required
• Collaborates well with other medical professionals
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
What you will do:
• Performs audiological and vestibular function testing
• Perform diagnostic testing to assess patient's hearing status and to determine appropriate treatment
• Develops, documents, implements a plan of care using appropriate modalities. Collaborates with patient care team to integrate and coordinate plan of care
• Educates and counsels patients, caregivers, and family members on treatment options and continuing care
• Provides or recommends personal devices and strategies, including hearing aids, implants, and alerting devices
