Field Service Technician-Professional

Your Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain professional appliances at client sites (hospitals, labs, dental offices, restaurants, universities, etc.)
  • Perform assigned services and repairs, including testing, documentation, and ordering parts
  • Interpret wiring diagrams and schematics; disassemble components for troubleshooting
  • Maintain company-provided tools, vehicles, and equipment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a field environment
  • Participate in special projects and domestic/international travel as required

What we are looking for

  • Completion of a technical program or apprenticeship in Electrical/Electronic technology, Mechanical systems, HVAC, or major appliance repair
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in installation, repair, or maintenance of commercial, medical, or laboratory equipment (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and mechanical schematics
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Solid computer literacy for diagnostics and reporting
  • Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders up to 28 ft
