Responsibilities
Determine, coordinate, and supervise daily staffing assignments and service levels.
Provide orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
Assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
Support staff by performing responsibilities when needed to meet service demands.
Lead the resolution of complex issues and patient complaints.
Qualifications
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to guide and mentor staff while maintaining a positive team environment.
