Position Overview:

Canada Goose is looking for a strategic and collaborative Manager, Digital & Marketing FP&A to join our high-performing Finance team. The Manager, Digital & Marketing FP&A is a strategic partner to the Digital and Marketing teams, responsible for providing financial insights, supporting business case development, and supporting data-driven decision-making across global eCommerce, digital product, and marketing initiatives. This role will manage planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to financial acumen within teams.

What You'll Do:

Digital & Marketing Partnership

  • Serve as a finance partner to Digital and Marketing leadership, providing analysis and insights to support eCommerce growth, digital product innovation, and omnichannel performance.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting for digital and marketing initiatives, ensuring investments are supported by robust business cases and ROI tracking.
  • Embed financial thinking in the Digital and Marketing roadmaps by defining KPIs, tracking performance, and evaluating initiatives with pre- and post-launch analysis.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to inform decision-making through scenario modeling and performance analytics.

Planning, Forecasting & Reporting

  • Manage global revenue budgeting, forecasting, and weekly projection processes for Digital and Marketing functions, delivering timely and actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Drive rigorous analysis across revenue, margins, and operating costs to highlight opportunities, risks, and performance trends.
  • Ensure global alignment and visibility into consolidated spend for Digital and Marketing initiatives.

Executive & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Contribute to executive and board-facing deliverables, including business updates, shareholder reports, and strategic reviews.
  • Translate complex data into clear, concise financial narratives for various stakeholder audiences.

Process Improvement & Systems

  • Support opportunities to streamline and automate planning and reporting processes, enhancing accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to strengthen models and improve the utility of business intelligence tools.

Let's Talk About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally within a multinational retail, consumer goods, or digitally focused organization.
  • Expertise in digital commerce metrics, performance analytics, and customer-centric KPIs.
  • Strong business partnering skills with the ability to inform decisions and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • High proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with Microsoft D365 or similar ERP platforms is an asset.
  • Solid understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budget management.
  • Experience with international reporting standards (IFRS) is a plus.
  • Adaptable, analytical, and hands-on leader who can balance strategy and execution.
  • Effective communicator, comfortable presenting to executives and facilitating financial conversations across teams.
  • Ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data and derive actionable insights.

Salary Range:

$102,000.00 - $141,000.00 / year
