Summary:

The Billing Agent supports Fulfillment & Logistics Operations by managing billing processes, ensuring accurate shipment expense tracking, and performing essential administrative tasks. This role is integral to maintaining efficiency in warehouse and fulfillment operations, working closely with internal teams and customers to ensure accurate billing, timely communication, and adherence to established processes. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and effective multitasking within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain and update shipment expenses on a daily basis.
• Bill and finalize shipments in accordance with customer-specific tariffs.
• Prepare and provide accurate quotes as needed.
• Monitor department emails and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Perform additional administrative tasks in support of departmental needs.
• Collaborate with team members while exercising independent judgment within defined guidelines.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in a billing associate, accounting, or administrative role.
• Proficiency in Excel at a moderate level.
• Experience working in a logistics, fulfillment, or warehouse environment is a plus.

Pay Range:  

     

$26.00 - $28.00 
 

*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.  The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
