We also offer a full range of services, providing coordinated and personalized care for you and your entire family - where and when you need it. With a primary care physician’s office on-site, we provide a welcoming environment to help you establish a single home for your most common medical needs. We focus on helping you build a relationship with your primary care provider so that together, we can prevent diseases or health conditions. We want to make it easy for you and your family to choose quality health care that’s close to home. 

Expectations We’re Looking For:   

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing    

• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices    

• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association    

What You’ll Do:    

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.    

• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skill communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
