We are looking for you as Logistics Representative (f/m/x) and support our international Export team in full time (40h/week) at our Estenfeld (near Würzburg) site.

Be a part of driving clinical trials faster with your daily performance. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers (pharma companies) can be confident that our test devices for our eCoa (digital patient diary), Respiratory (lung function devices) and Cardiac (blood pressure devices) business lines are sent out in time to arrive at medical sites (test centres and hospitals) worldwide. Make a difference by performing all operational tasks within the Warehouse, Receiving and Shipping area.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform data entry and process related paperwork according to established guidelines

• Support coordination scheduling with departments within Manufacturing and Supply Chain and other Clario departments as needed 

• Support coordination of Proforma Invoices and Return orders on a daily basis for all lines of business

• Monitor and report shipment and order status tracking information and escalate in case of emergency

• Check compliance with the promised shipping/receiving dates and all needed documents

• Business related communication with internal departments and external forwarders

• Support organizing and processing of global in- / outbound shipments

• Maintain performance indicators

• Supports reasonable operation tasks within Logistics

What We Look For

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related fields (preferred) or equivalent experience in supply chain, engineering, or operations management

• Apprenticeship/professional work training program in logistics, forwarding, industrial environments or related fields

• Preferred minimum 6 months logistics, supply chain or industrial administrational environment experience

• Fluent proficiency in English and an advanced level in German

• Experience in a fast-paced environment; with an ability to work independently, and cross-functionally as needed

• Familiarity with computer databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office Suite

• ERP experience is preferred

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work as a part of a team as well as an individual contributor

• Good degree of reliability, flexibility and independence 

• Strong presence with the ability to interact with senior leadership and external and internal clients

• Professional approach with high attention to details and deadlines

Was Du Tun Wirst

• Dateneingabe und Bearbeitung der damit zusammenhängenden Papiere entsprechend den geltenden Richtlinien

• Unterstützung bei der Koordinierung der Terminplanung mit den Abteilungen in der Fertigung und der Supply Chain sowie anderen Clario-Abteilungen nach Bedarf

• Unterstützung bei der Koordination von Proforma-Rechnungen und Rücksendungen für alle Geschäftsbereiche

• Überwachung von Sendungs- und Auftragsabwicklungen sowie Eskalation im Notfall

• Überprüfung der Einhaltung der zugesagten Versand-/Empfangstermine und aller erforderlichen Dokumente

• Geschäftsbezogene Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen und externen Spediteuren

• Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Abwicklung globaler Ein- und Ausgangssendungen

• Überwachung der Kennzahlen

• Unterstützung bei angemessenen anderen operativen Aufgaben innerhalb der Logistik

Was Wir Suchen

• Bachelorabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder ähnlichen Bereichen (bevorzugt) oder gleichwertige Erfahrung in Supply Chain, Ingenieurwesen oder Betriebsmanagement

• Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Spedition, Industrieumfeld oder verwandten Bereichen

• Bevorzugt mindestens 6 Monate Erfahrung im logistischen oder industriellen Verwaltungsumfeld oder Supply Chain

• Fließende Englischkenntnisse und fortgeschrittene Deutschkenntnisse

• Erfahrung in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld; Fähigkeit, selbstständig und funktionsübergreifend zu arbeiten

• Erfahrung mit Computerdatenbanken, Tabellenkalkulationen und der Microsoft Office Suite

• ERP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil

• Ausgezeichnete organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten

• Fähigkeit zur Arbeit im Team sowie als eigenständiger Beitragender
