Summary: The operations coordinator is responsible for assisting the manager with daily planning and monitoring the overall operations of delivery and return orders. Work closely with warehouse staff and provide direction for pulling returns from warehouse locations.
Responsibilities:
● Coordinate and process all return shipments on a daily basis
● Review and work daily return report and POD on dock report
● Organize return area as such that every shipment can be identified
● Prioritize shipments for loading in order to maximize trailer capacity
● Coordinate trailer drops and recoveries with Pilot Hub Operations
● Liaise with relevant corporate personnel at all levels
● Help with customer service issues as they arise
● Other duties as requested

Qualifications:
● 1+ years transportation routing/dispatching/warehouse preferred
● High School Diploma or equivalent required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This is a clerical administrative position in a professional office setting. The employee is frequently required to sit. Occasionally stand, walk, use hands, stoop, bend and reach. Extensive use of a phone and a PC is required. Position may require working remotely at times.

Pay Range:
$23.00 - $25.00 hourly
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
