Rock Mountain Custom Landscapes is seeking to add experienced Landscape Foreman for our Construction and Maintenance teams. The Landscape Foreman is responsible for leading field crews in the efficient, high‑quality completion of landscape construction and/or maintenance projects. This role ensures that all work is performed according to plans, safety standards, and company expectations, while fostering a positive, productive team environment. The Foreman serves as the primary on‑site leader, coordinating labor, materials, and equipment to deliver exceptional project results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscape construction or maintenance, with 1+ year in a leadership role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of landscape installation techniques, equipment operation, and site safety.
• Ability to read plans and execute work according to specifications.
• Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and maintain a productive work environment.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL or equipment operation experience a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Outdoor work environment with exposure to heat, cold, rain, and uneven terrain.
• Early start times and occasional overtime based on project demands.
• Frequent standing, lifting, bending, and equipment operation.
