Scheduled Hours: 10 hours a week-2-10 hour shifts a pay period;
This position is to be paired with a bedside ED RN position;

Job Summary:
This position will provide an exclusive focus on clinical excellence. This will include identifying patients in real-time that pertain to performance improvement (PI) initiatives and contemporaneously intervening with staff members (physicians, nurses, technicians, secretaries) to highlight these patient opportunities and provide support. This position will systematically evaluate the quality and effectiveness of clinical practice and analyze appropriate internal and external data to identify opportunities for improving patient care services and achieve outcome excellence. This position will also serve to facilitate issues related to patient safety and a team approach to patient care.
