Volunteer Description:

Unpaid volunteer contributing time to Intermountain Healthcare in various roles.

Alta View Hospital Volunteer Program:

This is an unpaid position that gives you the opportunity to use your talents, meet new people and experience the pleasure that comes from making a difference in people's lives.

Position: Unpaid Volunteer

Roles Available:

• Information Desk/ Greeter/ Wayfinder
• Department Support

Commitment:

• 80 hours over 6 months (one day per week, 3-4 hours)

• The volunteer program requires a six-month commitment - with a minimum of one  3-4 hour shift a week, exceptions being for vacation or illness. We're looking for individuals that can be here consistently. We depend on our volunteers because you truly do make a difference.

Requirements:

• TB Test, Immunization Check, Annual Flu Vaccine
• Background Check
• Minimum age: 16 years
• Fully vaccinated

Shift Availability:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• No weekend shifts or summer only shifts available
