We’re looking for a proactive, relationship-drivenField Service Representativeto support our Multi-Family and Commercial construction accounts. What You’ll Do
As a Field Service Rep, you’ll be the go-to resource for our clients—ensuring their needs are met, their projects stay on track, and their experience with UFP is exceptional. Your responsibilities will include:
Maintain and grow relationshipswith existing customers through regular communication and jobsite visits in the following areas:
Myrtle Beach, SC / Charleston, SC / Wilmington, NC
Resolve jobsite issuesquickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and project continuity.
Provide valuable market insightson competitors, service trends, and customer needs.
Identify opportunitiesfor product enhancements or modifications to better serve clients.
Support Account Managersin generating new business and promoting our product lines.
Monitor regional sales activityand contribute to strategic planning.
Assist with project setup, attend pre-construction meetings, and perform jobsite drive-bys as needed.
Prepare reports and documentationto support internal and external communication.
What You Bring
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–3 years of experiencein construction, customer service, or a related field.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with construction or manufacturing environments is a plus.
Knowledge of UFP’s products and culture is a bonus.
