About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Regional Head of Ecommerce to lead our North America operations. This strategic leadership role will drive the growth and success of our ecommerce business across the region, setting direction, shaping strategy, and ensuring flawless execution. As a recognized authority in ecommerce and product management, you will influence business outcomes, foster innovation, and build organizational capability through strong leadership and talent development.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

• Define and execute the regional ecommerce strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Translate functional goals into actionable plans for individual teams, ensuring clarity and accountability.

Product Management Excellence:

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including market research, vision setting, roadmap development, and performance analysis.
• Drive product launches and ensure seamless coordination across engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.

Operational & Business Development:

• Develop policies, practices, and operational plans to achieve short- and long-term business objectives.
• Monitor market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.

People Leadership:

• Lead and mentor senior managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
• Manage employee lifecycle responsibilities, including hiring, performance appraisals, and succession planning.
• Build organizational capability and bench strength through coaching and talent development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in ecommerce leadership roles with a strong track record of driving growth and innovation.
• Deep expertise in product management, including strategic planning, roadmap execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution in a fast-paced, evolving market.
• Recognized thought leader in ecommerce or digital product management, with strong industry knowledge.

Pay Range:

$325,000- $350,000

*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.  The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
