Your Role: Machine Operator I

As a Machine Operator I, you’ll be at the heart of our production process, operating machinery that powers the creation of high-quality components. You’ll work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement are top priorities.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and operate production machines with precision and care.
  • Feed materials and monitor machine performance to ensure smooth operation.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Complete equipment inspections and report any issues.
  • Record production data and contribute to process improvements.
  • Participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support your team with additional tasks as needed.
     

What You Bring

  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or assembly.
  • Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required).
  • Must be 18 years or older.
