In this role, you’ll analyze workflows, optimize business processes, and ensure seamless integration of software applications that drive clinical and operational excellence. Essential Functions
Identify, map, and analyze clinical and business processes to improve workflows and system utilization.
Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Collaborate with IT to translate user requirements into functional design specifications and ensure accurate implementation.
Maintain process documentation, including workflows, functional specifications, installation instructions, and troubleshooting guidelines.
Review data integrity, audit reports, and recommend system improvements or product development opportunities.
Provide end-user training and education on application functionality; evaluate and update training materials as needed.
Consult with providers, leadership, and clinicians to resolve application-related issues and optimize functionality.
Support project timelines and ensure successful completion of application-related initiatives.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or related field (required).
Additional certifications may be required based on specialty (e.g., RHIA, RHIT, CPC for HIM/HB or PB Support Analysts).
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business process mapping, workflow analysis, and application support.
Experience with clinical systems, user training, and vendor engagement.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
Project management experience and familiarity with project management tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and large-scale automated systems.
Understanding of change management practices and procedures.
