Provides consultative services and support for Access & Opportunity issues and initiatives which impact leaders and teammates at Advocate Health. Makes recommendations to leader for the development, design, and roll out of programs and initiatives with guidance from Access & Opportunity leaders and team members. Acts as a subject matter expert on policies, procedures, and fundamentals of all core areas of Access & Opportunity for Advocate Health teammates and leaders.

Minimum Education, Experience Required
Education Required: Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, or related field.
Experience Required: 3 years in consultative role in healthcare field related to diversity.
