10 Hour Days (7a-5:30p) qty 4 Mon-Friday plus on call approximately 8 shifts per month during evenings (5:30p-7a) during the week and 24 hours on call weekends & holidays. Requirement is 1 weekend On-call per month and 2 Holidays per year

Where You Will Work:
Cardiac Cath, Electrophysiology, & Interventional Radiology Labs performing conscious sedation procedures for both elective and emergency patients.
Were Looking For:
• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• ACLS
• Critical Care/ED or procedural experience preferred
What You’ll Do:
• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
• Position does require on-call commitment to care for our Heart Attack Patients so must be able to respond to the hospital within 30 minutes of page when called in.
About This Location:
We are part of the Center of Advanced Care at South Suburban Hospital which was newly built in 2020. We have 1 Cath Lab, 1 EP Lab, and 1 IR Lab all with state-of-the-art equipment to support our patient procedures.
