Data Management & Insights

We are looking for a passionate AI/ML fresher to help embed intelligence into our data management processes. This role involves applying AI and automation across the data lifecycle and building solutions that turn Power BI reports into conversational insights using chatbot-style interfaces.

What you will do:

• Use AI and ML to improve data quality, classification, and transformation.
• Develop solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) to convert dashboards into natural language summaries and insights.
• Build simple chatbot interfaces for business users to query data conversationally.
• Support ML model development, testing, and deployment for analytics and automation.
• Work with data engineering teams to design AI-driven workflows.

Skills we need:

• Programming in Python and ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and LLMs (Hugging Face, Lang Chain, OpenAI APIs).
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
• Eye for details 
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
• Internship or project experience in ML, NLP, or data analytics (0–1 year).

Nice to have:

• Exposure to LLM platforms, hackathons, or relevant certifications.
