Performing complete tire service, including identifying and addressing service needs.
Accurately documenting service details in our systems and communicating effectively with the shop or external service providers.
Following our tire maintenance program and identifying necessary services for each unit.
Complying with all TIA safety regulations to ensure personal and driver safety.
Resolving issues promptly to support drivers and provide exceptional customer service.
Consistently following all established procedures and protocols.
Identifying improvement opportunities and offering constructive feedback to management.
Sharing best practices to promote team efficiency and performance.
Maintaining a professional and respectful work environment at all times.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Must pass a DOT physical.
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic proficiency with computers and data entry.
Consistent and punctual attendance for assigned shifts.
Positive, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to follow instructions, apply guidelines, and use necessary information to complete daily tasks efficiently.
Physical capability to sit, stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs., and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $20.00-$25.00
