Job Summary:
The Project Administrator will support all administrative and project-related functions for an active construction site in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This role is dynamic and requires someone who is organized, clear in communication, and committed to their responsibilities. The Project Administrator will assist onsite personnel, help manage project documentation, and contribute to overall project coordination. Salary is negotiable and includes project bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction submittals

  • Manage subcontractor project documents (Job Safety Analysis, Site Orientations, Quality Control Sign-Offs, etc.)

  • Attend project meetings, record minutes, and distribute documentation

  • Record, generate, and distribute project reports

  • Assist with corporate office needs as required

  • Support the site superintendent with daily tasks, including:

    • Labor assistance

    • Coordination

    • Quality control

    • Photo documentation

  • Coordinate with onsite construction personnel and help ensure contractual compliance

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned in a fast-paced and dynamic construction environment

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft 365

  • Ability to learn and operate construction management platforms (Procore, Oracle Primavera Cloud, Openspace)

  • Prior experience with construction documents and submittals preferred but not required

  • Ability to work collaboratively with onsite construction teams

  • Flexibility in taking on day-to-day tasks to support field teams

  • Must be able to work onsite
