Coordinate program operations: Own day-to-day operations for seasonal messages, promotional messages, loyalty communications, and other batch communications.
Maintain campaign calendars: Ensure timely delivery and flawless execution of all messages & testing initiatives.
Perform QA: Responsible for QA process to ensure campaign accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with creative/copy, merch, commercial planning, and production to ensure alignment and smooth execution of messaging strategy.
Utilize data and analytics: Assist in pulling performance data and to garner insights and inform strategy.
Consumer-obsessed approach: Possess a customer-first mindset.
Experience in email, SMS, and Push or other digital marketing campaign execution.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Collaborative and proactive mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced team
Understanding of customer behavior and trends.
Preferred: Experience with DTC brands or brands with a digital-first presence.
