  • Oversee design, delivery, and measurement of learning programs that are adaptive, forward-looking, and scalable—including onboarding, technical training, and change leadership.

  • Curate and integrate innovative approaches (e.g., digital platforms, microlearning, coaching networks, social learning, simulations) to foster continuous skill evolution.

  • Apply a test-and-learn mindset to measure impact, leverage feedback, and continuously improve programs for long-term business outcomes.

  • Proven ability to lead learning strategy in complex, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving contexts, including enterprise transformation and leadership development.

  • Demonstrated growth mindset, resilience, and agility—able to experiment, pivot, and innovate in response to business needs.

  • Strong facilitation, content design, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

  • Experience with modern learning technologies, digital learning ecosystems, and future-forward practices.
