M-F 8-5. Hospital/hospice liaison or Admissions coordinator experience preferred. 3-4 Years of experience in Skilled Nursing preferred. Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills preferred.
Pay Range

Essential Functions
Physical Requirements
Work consistently requires frequent car travel, walking, standing, sitting, some lifting, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling. Must lift some articles up to twenty- five pounds. Must have the ability to move about to accomplish tasks. Ability to clearly and concisely express and exchange ideas via spoken and written English words
conveying detailed information to others accurately and, on occasion, quickly. Must have excellent presentation skills. Travel by car required with frequent day trip and occasional overnight travel about once per month. Must have a valid applicable state drivers license with no DUI record and a vehicle to conduct such travel.
Education, Experience and Certifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred. High school diploma or GED required. A minimum of four years experience in long-term care or related areas required. Must have an excellent working knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare and Managed Care. Requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
