Pay Range
$53.80 - $80.70The Clinical Pharmacist works as a member of the Specialty Pharmacy Team to provide pharmaceutical care to patients receiving specialty medications. This pharmacist will be an active participant in growth initiatives across the spectrum, in addition to providing specialty medication management. Interdisciplinary engagement and establishment of new service lines is within the scope of this position. The pharmacist will provide education and clinical support to specialty patients either in person or via telephone encounters. This pharmacist will assist in managing the activities of a team of pharmacy technicians, medication access, clinical prescription order verification, serve as a drug information resource for patients, nurses and medical staff. This pharmacist will also participate in quality improvement and strategic planning activities, which promote optimal patient care, teamwork, and shared key values.
