Perform in-depth analysis on our revenue and costs related to our pharmacy business and partnership agreements.
Design & build data models that elevate data-driven decisioning through speed to insights & data democratization
Act as a critical thought partner and collaborate closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, Growth, and Operations to provide visibility and recommend solutions that drive meaningful impact to our business.
A Bit About You
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as; Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science
At least 3 years of work experience in an analytics or technical role, using SQL regularly to analyze data and provide insights with a specific focus on operational and supply chain data
Comfortable partnering with business, product, engineering, research and design to influence and inform teammates’ decisions throughout the product life cycle
High level of comfort creating dashboards in Looker/Tableau or comparable software
Thrive in a dynamic fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. You're unafraid to dive into an unfamiliar problem but humble enough to make mistakes and iterate
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with healthcare data and finances, especially pharmacy-related data and finances
Programming experience in Python or similar language
Additional Physical Job Requirements
Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer that include the wrists, hands and fingers, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds. The role also requires the ability to effectively communicate through verbal interactions, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details to perform essential job functions.

Salary and Benefits
Hourly Range: $114,400 - $152,000

Location Requirement: Employment at Alto is limited to individuals residing in the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington (WA), and Wisconsin.
