NJM's Appraisal Department is seeking to fill a Senior Field Auto Damage Appraiser (Staff Auto Appraiser, Senior is the official NJM Title ) to travel throughout Middlesex County and Northern Monmouth County. The Appraiser is responsible for Inspecting first and third-party vehicle damage and then providing, scheduling and writing estimates within Company guidelines at residences, shops or tow yards based on assignments received.
This position will work from home when not in the field.
NJM does not provide a company vehicle for mileage reimbursement is offered.

Preferred Qualifications:
Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials.
Pay Range: $77,698-$90,252Eligible full-time employees receive a competitive Total Rewards package, including but not limited to a 401(k) with employer match up to 8% and additional service-based contributions, Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, Life and Disability coverage, generous PTO, Paid Sick Leave, and paid parental leave in addition to state-mandated leave. Employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
