The Reporting Analyst focuses on the design, development, and maintenance of automated reporting solutions.  They will bridge the gap between raw data and actionable business insights, utilizing SQL to extract complex datasets and Power BI to transform them into clear, executive-level visualizations along with

• Ensure all automated reports and data refreshes have completed successfully; troubleshoot any SQL or Power BI Gateway failures.
• Execute and distribute scheduled intraday snapshots (e.g. hourly or mid-day updates) to support tactical decision-making.
• Respond to urgent ad-hoc data requests and provide context for current-day performance trends.
• Finalize and distribute EOD performance packages, ensuring all manu7al data entries or adjustments are reconciled.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed.

• Advanced knowledge of SQL (including joins, subqueries, and window functions) for efficient data preparation and real-time querying.
• Proven experience developing end-to-end Power BI solutions, including data connectivity, modeling, and visualization.
• Previous experience managing time-sensitive intraday and EOD reporting cycles.
• Strong proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M formula language)
• Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills

• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
• Experience with Python or R for advanced data manipulation within Power BI
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management, or a related field a plus
