Position Overview
Kimball Medical Solutions is a Medical Device Contract Manufacturer in Indianapolis, IN and we are looking for a Training Coordinator. This role will report directly to the Operations Manager and plays an integral part in
the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing training programs to elevate organizational performance and exceed global benchmarks. This role is central to creating and maintaining robust training materials and certification methodologies tailored to our plant’s operational priorities and workforce competency requirements. By delivering targeted technical and compliance training—including FDA and industry standards—the Training Coordinator ensures employees are equipped with the necessary skills to meet stringent quality management standards. The position also supports soft skills development, career growth, and mentoring of staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and adaptability. Through needs assessments and ongoing collaboration with production teams, the Training Coordinator drives sustained employee and customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and compliance with regulatory demands.
