Position Overview: SAP Security Analyst 

This is an¬†existing‚ÄĮwithin Kimball Electronics, Inc. (KEI) reporting to‚ÄĮthe‚ÄĮBusiness Systems¬†Analyst¬†Manager.‚ÄĮThis person will¬†assist¬†in¬†‚Äčdesign¬†and implementation of SAP security in compliance with KEI Information Security Management System and regulatory requirements driven by our customers‚Äô requirements.¬†‚Ä謆

Short Term: (0 to 6 months)‚ÄĮ¬†

  • Complete onboarding checklist‚ÄĮand¬†SAP Security Analyst¬†orientation.¬†

  • Become an active member of the‚ÄĮIT - Applications‚ÄĮTeam, and general familiarity with processes, procedures, standards.¬†¬†

  • Knowledgeable¬†of SAP¬†Security¬†processes.‚ÄĮ¬†

  • Knowledgeable of¬†SAP¬†Security¬†configuration and documentation.¬†

 

Midterm: (6 to 12 months)‚ÄĮ¬†

  • Learn how to effectively use SAP Service Marketplace¬†

  • ‚Äč‚Äč‚ÄčProvide Level II administration and support for SAP Security¬†

  • ‚ÄčAssist with¬†access administration and audits¬†

  • ‚ÄčAssist¬†with¬†research and development efforts/projects for SAP Security solutions¬†

  • ‚ÄčBegin¬†buidling¬†basic understanding¬†of SAP functional process areas¬†

  • ‚ÄčAssists with creation¬†and¬†maintenance of¬†documentation for SAP security solutions and processes¬†

  • ‚ÄčAssist with¬†maintenance¬†of SAP GRC¬†

  • ‚ÄčAssist with maintenance of SAP CUA¬†

  • ‚ÄčSupports the KE ISO 27001 Information Security Management System as required.‚Äč‚Ä謆

The typical pay range for this role is:  $70000 - $90000 

the actual wages offered will vary based on multiple factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
