The Medical EMS Business Development Director is a senior commercial leadership role within Kimball Electronics (KE) Shared Services. This position operates remotely and reports to the Vice President, Medical Solutions. The role is accountable for enterprise‑level growth strategy execution, customer portfolio expansion, and long‑term value creation across KE’s global Medical EMS business.
This position owns strategic business development outcomes across multiple medical customers and market segments, shaping multi‑year growth pipelines, influencing investment decisions, and positioning KE as a preferred global EMS partner. The Director acts as a senior commercial leader across regions, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Quick Summary
The Medical EMS Business Development Director is responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth at the portfolio and segment level, not just individual accounts. The role focuses on identifying, shaping, and landing complex, multi‑site medical EMS opportunities while developing executive‑level customer relationships.
Success in this role requires the ability to set commercial direction, influence senior leaders internally and externally, and lead cross‑functional global teams without direct authority.
