*This will be an in-office position located in Mission, KS*

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical support to either MSP or phone clients based on your current skill set. Over time, you will develop both skill sets to effectively support all clients.

  • Answering calls and emails from our customers, sometimes with simple questions and sometimes with problems that require your expert troubleshooting skills

  • Be the go-to person for information and support

  • Listen empathetically to customers' needs and create a course of action to get them the help they need

  • You'll track and document all customer issues in our ticketing system

  • Use your expertise to diagnose problems and make service configuration changes

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

  • Experienced problem solver with exceptional customer service skills

  • Must have technical proficiency, be detail-oriented, and constantly striving for quality improvement

  • Strong communicator with excellent time management, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates effectively with stakeholders

  • Not afraid to challenge the status quo and always focused on continuous improvement

  • Associate degree or 2 years of relevant job experience

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Remain upright on feet for extended period

  • Remain stationary for extended periods

  • Ability to communicate information

  • Ability to operate a computer
