Maintain sample coordination for the BR Factory Online Channel

What You'll Do

• Ensure samples are received in a timely manner for each seasonal flow

• Keep samples organized and maintain records to track receiving information

• Communicate with Site Merchandising team to discuss arrivals and delays

• Proactively reach out to overseas vendors to troubleshoot missing/delayed samples

• Build rapports with brand cross-functional partners

• Assemble copy fact sheets using several systems

• Support entire team with other projects

Who You Are

• 1 year of experience as sample coordinator
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting gear, light cleaning, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software
• Strong written & verbal communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor
